The cottage
1149 Grand is a one-bedroom cottage for two guests in Pacific Beach. It has a private entrance from the driveway and is a single-level home.
The bedroom has one king bed. A separate kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, freezer, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table is set up as a place to work.
Behind the cottage is a yard and garden, with a hammock and an outdoor barbecue. A parking space for the stay is about 30 feet from the front door. The cottage has air conditioning, heating, a television, and Wi-Fi.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. When the cottage is free that morning, with no checkout and no maintenance scheduled, you may arrive as early as 11:30 AM. If a guest is leaving the same day, you can drop bags, and the cottage will be ready once it has been cleaned.
Please keep the evening peaceful. Noise should stop after 9:00 PM on weekdays and after 10:00 PM on weekends.
The stay is for the number of guests booked. Please don't bring extra people unless it was agreed ahead of time.
Please leave the furniture where you found it, and don't leave trash throughout the house. This close to the beach, a little wear happens. The house is refreshed over time, not rebuilt after every stay.
One-night stays are for same-day arrivals, or for filling a gap between other bookings. Peak summer, holidays, holiday weekends, and spring break have a three-night minimum. A holiday stay, or any stay more than six months out, is confirmed only after pricing and availability are checked again.
