The cottage

1149½ Grand is a one-bedroom studio cottage for two guests. You have the cottage to yourself, with a private entrance from the driveway. It is a single-level home.

The bedroom has one king bed. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, freezer, and a Keurig coffee maker, and there is an eat-in dining nook.

The barbecue outside is shared with one other cottage. A parking space on the property is reserved for your stay. The cottage has air conditioning, heating, a television, and Wi-Fi.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 11:00 AM. When no one is checking out that morning, you may arrive as early as 11:30 AM. If a guest is leaving the same day, you can drop bags, and the cottage will be ready once it has been cleaned.

Please keep the evening peaceful. Noise should stop after 9:00 PM on weekdays and after 10:00 PM on weekends.

The stay is for the number of guests booked. Please don't bring extra people unless it was agreed ahead of time.

Please leave the furniture where you found it, and don't leave trash throughout the house. This close to the beach, a little wear happens. The house is refreshed over time, not rebuilt after every stay.
